12 oz. jar
Shooting Star Farms Chipotle Salsa
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
15 oz. can ranch style beans, drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream
Brown ground beef in a large skillet and drain. Add onion and
cook briefly. Add Shooting Star Farms Chipotle Salsa and beans
and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cheese and heavy cream and simmer
for 5 minutes.
This makes a hearty appetizer by serving in a chafing dish and
with a basket of Shooting Star Farms Harvest Tortilla Chips for
dipping.

GARLIC MUSHROOM CAPS |
24-36 fresh
mushrooms
1 jar of Shooting Star Farms Roasted Garlic Salsa
Freshly grated parmesan cheese
Clean mushrooms, removing stems carefully. Invert mushrooms on a
baking sheet. Fill with one teaspoon of Roasted Garlic Salsa, and
top with grated cheese. Broil for 5 minutes. Server immediately.
Makes 24-36 canapés. |

GARLIC BRUSCHETTA |
One loaf French
Bread
1 jar Shooting Star Farms Roasted Garlic Salsa
Mozzarella cheese slices
Cut bread into 3/4 inch slices. Broil one side of bread. Turn each
slice over and cover with sliced mozzarella cheese. Return to broiler
until cheese is melted slightly. Spoon Roasted Garlic Salsa over
each slice, returning to broiler until salsa is heated through.
Makes 12-15 servings. |

SWISS STEAK |
1/4 cup all-purpose
flour
2 lbs. beef round steak, 1 inch thick
3 TBS. shortening
1 large onion
1 jar Shooting Star Farms Roasted Garlic Salsa
Combine flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; pound into
meat. In large skillet, brown meat on both sides in hot shortening.
Top with sliced onion and jar of Roasted Garlic Salsa. Cover; cook
over low heat and 1 1/2 hours or till tender. Makes 6 servings. |

MEATLOAF |
1 LB ground
beef
1 cup cracker or bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
6 oz. tomato sauce
1 jar Shooting Star Farms Roasted Garlic Salsa
Combine Ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, tomato sauce, and Roasted
Garlic Salsa; use hands to knead the mixture until it is well combined.
Shaped into a loaf and bake at 350 degrees Farenheight for one hour.
Slice and serve immediately. |
